BidEdge ("we," "us," or "our") operates the BidEdge mobile application and website at bidedge.ai (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using BidEdge you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Account Information: Name, business name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Business Profile: NAICS codes, certifications, state and city of operation, years in business, annual revenue range, past performance, and business description.
SAM.gov Registration: UEI number and CAGE code if provided. Your SAM.gov API key is stored using device-level encryption and never transmitted to our servers.
Usage Data: Features accessed, contracts viewed, bids created, and device information including device type and operating system version.
Notification Requests: Email addresses submitted through our coming soon notification form.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service; personalize contract match scoring and AI recommendations; generate AI-powered proposals and pricing analysis; send alerts about new contract opportunities; process payments and manage subscriptions; respond to support inquiries; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information with service providers who assist in operating the Service; lenders and bonding agents in the Financing Marketplace only when you initiate contact; and law enforcement when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, and secure device storage for API keys. No transmission method is 100% secure.
We retain your account data while your account is active. To request deletion contact support@bidedge.ai. We will delete your data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
BidEdge is intended for business owners and professionals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Contract data is sourced from SAM.gov (U.S. General Services Administration). Labor rate data is sourced from the Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS program. Both are public U.S. government datasets.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact support@bidedge.ai to exercise these rights. California and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

BidEdge is an AI-powered government contracting intelligence platform providing contract discovery, bid analysis, proposal generation, pricing intelligence, and related tools for small business government contractors.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Free trials automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Service, scrape data using automated tools, share account credentials, or misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely your own work without review and modification.
BidEdge uses AI to generate proposals, pricing recommendations, compliance checklists, and other content. THIS CONTENT IS A STARTING POINT ONLY. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance before submitting any bid to a government agency. BidEdge does not guarantee contract awards.
Contract data is sourced from SAM.gov and subject to government record accuracy. Labor rates are sourced from BLS OEWS surveys and may not reflect current conditions. Match percentages and win probability scores are estimates and not guarantees.
BidEdge connects users with independent third-party lenders and bonding agents. BidEdge is not a lender or financial advisor. All financing decisions are made solely by the respective lender. BidEdge may receive referral compensation from marketplace partners.
The BidEdge platform, features, and proprietary data are owned by BidEdge and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIDEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona courts.
